1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which you (“the Client”) engage services from Intuitive Auntie (“the Practitioner”).

By booking a session, you agree to these Terms in full.All sessions are provided for personal insight and reflection only and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Bookings and Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered forfeited.

The Practitioner reserves the right to reschedule in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered an alternative date.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the time and preparation involved in each consultation, no refunds are offered under any circumstances, including for missed or unused sessions.

5. Nature of Service

Astrology and intuitive consultations are exploratory and interpretive by nature.

They are intended for personal reflection and should not replace advice from qualified professionals in fields such as medicine, law, mental health, or finance.

You remain responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a session.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the Practitioner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the services or reliance on any information provided.

No guarantee is made as to the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any consultation.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal information shared during consultations is treated with strict confidentiality.

Client data (such as name, email address, and birth details) is used solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your consultation.

Your data is securely stored on password-protected devices and is not shared with any third parties.

No personal information is used for marketing or mailing lists without explicit consent.

You may request to have your data deleted at any time by contacting admin@intuitiveauntie.com.

Intuitive Auntie complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Right to Refuse Service

The Practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session at their discretion, including situations where a potential conflict of interest exists (e.g., current or prospective employees of the Practitioner’s primary employer).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
